"So I went into the store just to look around and see what the hype was about. I was sincerely impressed. I came upon a guy by the name of Ismael (hope I spelled it corret). We spoke, nice young man! Great knowledge of motorcycles, dressed like a Harley man. A second after we stopped speaking he was asked to translate. I stuck around, listened. We such great manner Ismael, walked over and spoke Spanish and I was highly impressed! Not only is his knowledge in English but in Spanish! Trust not too many can do that, because of people like him I will definitely be coming back and with friends and family. The whole experience was awesome! Thank you Ismael, keep doing you."

"Blake and the rest of the STUBBS members were total awesome in correcting a problem from a previous bike purchase 2 days before in which the bike was totally UN-rideable for me. They went out of thier way and worked with the finance company to help get a bike that I could ride comfortably and safely. This is what all retail businesses should be like to ensure customer satisfaction. I will definitely recommend STUBBS to anyone even thinking about getting another bike. My hats off to these guys."

"I've bought my last two Harleys from JR and his crew at Stubbs. Great sales force with a great selection of bikes. Yesterday I had to drive in (I live an hour away) to have a small issue with my bike looked at. The part would of had to been ordered and I would of had a problem getting back up there to have it installed. Colin, JR, and the whole Service dept. worked together to find a solution for me, even if it meant taking a unit off of their own showroom floor to get me rolling again. That's how you earn a customer for life. Thanks guys. That's above and beyond! Guys, that's the review I just gave y'all on Google. I don't get overly impressed most places, but you guys knocked it out of the park yesterday. Y'all didn't have to take all the steps you did, but it kept me from making anoter trip up into town to get back there for a simple part swap. Well done. That's how to keep your customer retention high!"

"My wife and I were in town for an LSU football game and went by to look at helmets, jackets, gloves, etc. because I will be buying a new bike in a couple of weeks. We were greeted by Tammy at the helmets and she was extremely helpful in fitting me with the correct size. I ended up buying a helmet, a jacket and some gloves and when Tammy found out it was my wife's birthday, she gave her a complimentary tee shirt. I may consider making the 2 hour drive back here when I am ready to buy my bike. Very pleasant experience and they know how to treat customers so that they return..."

"Wow where to start about these great people. I've bought 2 2014 Street Glides in the last month. One from another dealer and one from Stubbs. From walking in the door to receiving the walk around and delivery of the bike Stubbs was top notch. Needless to say if the other dealer had done their job, the need to go elsewhere would not have happened. Now I am a New Stubbs Customer for life. "I called Norman and talked about the problem I had with the bike. Told me to bring it in the next morning and they would look at it not drop it off and call back later. That is what i like about the service department they get on it and find the problem. That is why nobody works on my bike but them they have treated me with respect and always tell the truth about price and time"

"After an initial visit to Stubbs I began to become a patron for parts and accessories for an 94 FXR that I had. Every visit was always an informative and pleasant experience. The staff is always eager to help even if it's just to talk about bikes. I have dealt with every department on site and have never been disappointed. So when I spotted a pre-owned 2004 Road King on the premises, it was with great confidence that I approached the Sales staff about acquiring this motorcycle. After only 1 days of talking and a next day trip to the bank for a down payment I was the proud owner of that bike and rode it home that evening. Two years later I am still enjoying riding that bike, which also I have had back to the Service Dept. for some work that also was a great experience (can't say that about all dealers)... So once again with full confidence I give Stubbs HD 5 stars. Thank You."
